PPC where every pound of spend is yours

We run Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads from £400 per month management fee, with no markup on ad spend. Your budget goes to the platforms at cost, and you can see the accounts. Across our client base the average return is 4.2x ROAS.

Paid advertising is the fastest lever in digital marketing. Switched on well, it produces enquiries this week. It is also the fastest way to burn money, which is why management matters.

Who this is for, and who it is not

A good fit if:

  • Businesses that need enquiries now, while SEO compounds in the background
  • Companies with a proven offer and a landing page worth sending traffic to, or the budget to fix the page first
  • Firms already running ads themselves who suspect, correctly, that the settings are leaking money

Not the right service if:

  • Your margin cannot support a realistic cost per acquisition. We will do that arithmetic with you on the first call and stop there if it fails
  • You want to test a business idea with £100 of ads. Save it. The data will be too thin to mean anything

What you actually get

Campaign strategy and build

Keyword and audience research, campaign structure, ad copy, and conversion tracking wired up properly. Most accounts we inherit cannot actually measure what a lead costs.

Landing page alignment

Ads are only half the click. We audit and improve the page the traffic lands on, or build one, because that is where the return is usually lost.

Ongoing optimisation

Bid management, search-term hygiene, negative keywords, creative testing and budget reallocation, continuously. Not a set-and-forget setup fee in disguise.

Transparent reporting

A monthly report with spend, clicks, conversions, cost per lead and ROAS, in accounts you own, with access you can revoke any day.

How it works, from enquiry to handover

  1. Feasibility call. Free. We estimate click costs in your market, model a target cost per lead against your margins, and tell you whether PPC makes sense at your budget.
  2. Build (weeks 1 to 2). Tracking, campaigns, ads and landing page checks before a pound is spent.
  3. Launch and calibrate (months 1 to 2). Controlled spend while data accumulates. Expect optimisation, not miracles, in month one.
  4. Scale what works. Budget flows to proven campaigns. We recommend increases only when the numbers justify them. It is your money and we treat it that way.

Ad spend is paid by you directly to Google, Meta or LinkedIn at cost. We never touch or mark up media budgets. All prices are in GBP. Any applicable VAT is confirmed on your written quote before payment.

What we need from you

  • Ad accounts in your name. We set them up if needed, but you must own them
  • Clarity on margins so cost-per-lead targets are real numbers, not hopes
  • Fast feedback on lead quality. Telling us which enquiries were good is what tunes the machine

Honest answers to common objections

“We tried Google Ads and it didn’t work.”

The usual autopsy findings: no conversion tracking, broad match keywords spraying budget, and traffic sent to a homepage. Ask us to audit the old account. The report will show precisely where the money went, and whether a properly built attempt is worth it.

“Why pay management on top of spend?”

Because an unmanaged account wastes more than the fee. Search-term reports on inherited accounts routinely show 30 to 50% of spend going on irrelevant queries. The fee buys the discipline that stops that.

“Is 4.2x ROAS guaranteed?”

No. It is the average across our client base, and averages contain winners and losers. Your number depends on your market, offer and page. The feasibility call exists to model your case before you commit.

Where we work

PPC is managed remotely for clients across the UK. Local campaign targeting for Hampshire and Surrey service businesses is a particular strength.

On-site work centres around Aldershot, Farnborough, Farnham and Guildford; remote delivery covers the whole UK.

Frequently asked questions

How much should I budget for ad spend?

Enough to buy meaningful data. For most local service markets that is at least £500 to £1,000 a month of spend, and competitive sectors need more. The feasibility call gives you a number grounded in your actual click costs.

How quickly will I see leads?

Search ads can produce enquiries in the first week. Judge performance on the month, not the day, because early weeks include deliberate testing spend.

Google, Meta or LinkedIn?

Google captures existing demand from people already searching for what you sell. Meta creates demand visually. LinkedIn targets job titles at premium click prices, which is worth it for high-value B2B. We recommend one starting platform, not a scattergun.

Do I keep the account if we part ways?

Yes. Everything runs in accounts you own. Our access is revoked, and the history and data stay with you. Agencies that hold accounts hostage are telling you something about their retention strategy.

Do you do remarketing?

Yes, with restraint: frequency-capped, properly consented, and switched off once someone converts. Stalking people around the internet for months is both creepy and unprofitable.
