What this site uses

• Strictly necessary only. Payment pages hand you to Stripe, which sets the cookies it needs to process a payment securely and prevent fraud. Those are exempt from consent requirements under PECR as strictly necessary.
• Analytics. If analytics are enabled they are cookie-less and privacy-preserving (aggregate counts, no cross-site identifiers, no personal profiles), which is why no consent banner is required under UK GDPR and PECR.
• Embedded booking. The optional booking calendar on /book is provided by a scheduling service which may set its own functional cookies inside its frame when you use it.

What this site does not do

No advertising pixels, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting, no selling of data. If that ever changes, this page will change first and a compliant consent mechanism will be added before any such technology loads.
