Why the company exists

Most small businesses buy technology from two kinds of supplier. Web agencies make things look good but cannot fix a slow server, configure a firewall, or explain a cloud bill. IT companies keep the lights on but produce websites that read like they were built by the firewall. The gap between them is where small businesses lose money: sites that are pretty but fragile, and infrastructure that is stable but invisible on Google.

Joro Services was set up to close that gap from the engineering side. Our team includes senior site reliability and platform engineers with years of production infrastructure experience and AWS Solutions Architect Associate and Developer Associate certifications. That is the kind of background you would normally find in an enterprise platform team, and we apply it to businesses of 5 to 50 people. Everything else the company does inherits that standard. Websites are built to load in under 2 seconds, support tickets are answered by people who can read logs, and every recommendation comes with written reasoning.

How we work

• Fixed prices, in writing, before work starts. Projects are quoted fixed. Retainers state their monthly deliverables so you can count what you bought. No hourly surprises, and no markup on third-party ad spend.
• Nothing subcontracted. The people you speak to do the work. Where genuine specialists are needed, such as accredited penetration testing or print production, we say so openly and manage them for you.
• Honest scoping. We regularly talk prospects out of things: apps that should be websites, retainers that should wait, Kubernetes that should be a £20 managed service. It costs us short-term revenue, and it is why clients stay.
• Evidence over adjectives. "Fast" means a measured load time. "Secure" means named controls. "Saves money" means our published 26.6% average AWS saving for migration clients, with the method written up in public.

The record so far

Since incorporation in April 2022: 20+ clients served across 35+ projects, in healthcare, recruitment, financial services, e-commerce, professional services and technology.
