Branding that stays consistent everywhere
We design logos, brand guidelines and marketing materials, from business cards and brochures to social templates and presentation decks, as one coherent identity that works across print and digital. Fixed quote per project, agreed before work starts.
The test of a small-business brand is not novelty. It is whether your website, van, invoice and LinkedIn page obviously belong to the same company.
Who this is for, and who it is not
A good fit if:
- New businesses that need a credible identity from day one without a London-agency invoice
- Established firms whose materials have drifted: three logo versions, four typefaces, no rules
- Businesses about to invest in a website or campaign that would otherwise amplify a weak identity
Not the right service if:
- You need a multinational rebrand with naming research and trademark strategy across markets
- You want a £30 logo contest. Those exist, and you get what nobody was paid to think about
What you actually get
Logo design
Concepts presented with rationale, refined to a final mark delivered in every format you will ever be asked for: vector originals, web-ready files, favicon, and mono and reversed versions.
Brand guidelines
A practical document covering colours (with print and digital values), typefaces, spacing, logo usage and tone of voice. Short enough that people actually follow it.
Marketing collateral
Business cards, letterheads, brochures, signage artwork, and pitch-deck templates, all print-ready with correct bleed and colour profiles.
Social media kits
Profile assets and post templates sized for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X, so day-to-day posts stay on brand without a designer in the loop.
Digital-first thinking
Because we also build websites, every identity is tested at 32 pixels as a favicon and on a phone screen before it is approved at poster size.
How it works, from enquiry to handover
- Discovery. A conversation about your customers, competitors and taste, plus what must survive from any existing identity.
- Concepts. A small number of properly developed directions with rationale, not twenty half-ideas.
- Refinement. Two structured revision rounds included, with more available at a stated rate rather than scope-creep resentment.
- Delivery. Full asset package and guidelines handed over, with files organised so the next printer or developer never emails you asking for "the real logo".
What it costs
| Engagement | Price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Logo design | Fixed quote | Concepts, refinement, full file package |
| Identity package | Fixed quote | Logo, guidelines, stationery, social kit |
| Collateral projects | Fixed quote | Brochures, decks, signage, campaign assets |
Quotes are fixed per project after a short discovery call and depend on the number of concepts, deliverables and revision rounds you want. All prices are in GBP. Any applicable VAT is confirmed on your written quote before payment.
What we need from you
- Examples of brands you admire and ones you hate. Both are equally useful
- Your real constraints: existing signage, uniforms, or vehicle wraps that must be honoured or budgeted for
- A single decision-maker. Brand by committee produces beige
Honest answers to common objections
“AI can generate a logo in seconds now.”
It can generate a picture. It cannot check trademark collision, build a coherent system around the mark, produce print-correct files, or make the hundred small decisions that keep an identity consistent for years. Use AI for moodboards, and pay a person for the system.
“We just need a logo, not guidelines.”
A logo without rules degrades within months: stretched in Word, recoloured in PowerPoint. The guidelines are one short document and they are what makes the logo an asset instead of a file.
“How do we know we’ll like the concepts?”
Discovery is designed to find that out before pixels. If we cannot play back your taste in words you agree with, we have no business presenting designs yet. Revision rounds are built in, and the fixed quote never punishes you for using them.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a branding project take?
A logo project typically takes 2 to 3 weeks, and a full identity package 4 to 6 weeks, driven mostly by feedback turnaround on your side.
What files do I receive?
Vector originals (SVG, EPS, PDF), high-resolution PNGs, favicon and social sizes, mono and reversed versions, plus the guidelines document. Everything is yours, unrestricted.
Can you refresh our existing logo rather than replace it?
Yes. An evolution that keeps recognition while fixing technical and consistency problems is often the right call for an established business, and it costs less than a full rebrand.
Do you handle printing?
We prepare print-ready artwork and can liaise with your printer or recommend ones we trust. Print costs are billed by the printer directly, with no markup from us.
Will the brand work on the website you build?
Yes, by construction. The same team applies the identity to the site, so nothing is lost in translation between a brand agency and a web developer.
