- Cutover and handover. Go-live with reconciliation, documentation, training for your team, and optional ongoing support.

Licence costs for tools like Power BI are billed by the vendor at published rates. All prices are in GBP. Any applicable VAT is confirmed on your written quote before payment.

Honest answers to common objections
“Our data is a mess; we should tidy it before getting help.”
The mess is the job. Cleaning happens fastest inside a migration with tooling and rules, not manually beforehand. Arriving embarrassed and leaving organised is the normal shape of these projects.
“Can’t we just use Excel better?”
Sometimes, and the free assessment will say so when it is true. The limits arrive with concurrent users, audit requirements, size, and the day the one person who understands the macros resigns.
“Migrations always lose data, don’t they?”
Unplanned ones do. Ours run as map, trial on a copy, reconcile counts, repeat until clean, then cut over with the old system intact until you sign off the numbers. Boring is the goal.

Frequently asked questions
Which databases do you work with?
PostgreSQL, MySQL and MongoDB primarily, plus Redis and DynamoDB where they fit, and the cloud data services around them on AWS, Azure and GCP. Recommendation follows the workload, not fashion.
Can you connect our accounts package or CRM?
Usually yes. Mainstream UK systems (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, HubSpot, and most industry platforms) expose APIs or exports we can pipeline. The assessment confirms it for your specific stack.
How long does a migration take?
Small system-to-system moves take 2 to 4 weeks including trial runs. Multi-system consolidations typically take 1 to 3 months. The trial-run phase is where the time goes, and it is the phase that makes cutover safe.
What about GDPR?
Migrations are the natural moment to implement retention and access rules, and we build them in: what you keep, who sees it, how it is encrypted and how deletion requests are honoured.
Do you support what you build?
Yes. Pipelines are monitored and maintained under a monthly arrangement, or documented and handed to your team if you prefer to run them yourselves.
