What is included

• One defined day per week of senior engineering leadership (more days quoted pro rata)
• Technical strategy and a prioritised roadmap reviewed monthly
• Architecture and build-vs-buy decisions with written reasoning
• Vendor, agency and contractor oversight: quotes reviewed, delivery held to account
• Hiring support: job specs, technical interviews, onboarding plans
• A one-off technical audit and strategy session is available for £1,500 if you want an assessment before committing

What is not included

• Full-time availability or same-day response guarantees (this is a part-time leadership role)
• Hands-on delivery beyond the defined days, which is available via our development and cloud services when needed

Payment terms

Monthly in advance, scaled to the number of days per week agreed.

All prices are in GBP. Any applicable VAT is confirmed on your written quote before payment. Card payments are processed by Stripe; card details never touch our systems.

Cancellation

Rolling monthly: cancel with 30 days’ notice, with a structured handover of everything in flight.
