Cloud cost and reliability audit
£1,500 fixed, one-offWritten findings report within 10 working days
A fixed-price, one-off review of your AWS or Azure environment: where the money goes, where the risks sit, and exactly what to change, delivered as a written findings report with prioritised recommendations within 10 working days of access. £1,500, fixed.
Migration clients who act on our recommendations save 26.6% on average; the audit tells you what your number could be before you commit to anything.
What is included
- Cost analysis: spend by service, waste identification, rightsizing and commitment recommendations with estimated savings
- Reliability review: single points of failure, backup and recovery posture, monitoring gaps
- Security basics: IAM hygiene, exposed services, encryption at rest and in transit
- A written report with findings ranked by impact and effort, and a costed action plan
- A follow-up call to walk through the report and answer questions
What is not included
- Implementation of the recommendations (quoted separately; the report prices the options)

- Google Cloud audits, which are available but scoped individually
