What is included

• Up to 12 pages designed from scratch and approved before build
• Content management system so your team can edit pages and publish posts
• Blog or news section with correct article structured data
• Advanced SEO setup: schema, redirects, performance work, analytics and conversion tracking
• Integrations such as CRM forms, newsletter tools or booking widgets (scoped in the quote)
• Hosting setup with SSL; first year of hosting included
• 30 days of post-launch fixes and a handover training session

What is not included

• Copywriting beyond editing your supplied drafts (quoted separately)
• Custom application features like customer logins or payment flows (web development quote)
• Ongoing marketing retainers, which are available separately once the site is live

Payment terms

A £2,000 deposit (50%) books the project; the balance is invoiced on launch. Larger scopes agreed in the quote may split the balance across two milestones.

All prices are in GBP. Any applicable VAT is confirmed on your written quote before payment. Card payments are processed by Stripe; card details never touch our systems.

Cancellation

Cancel before design starts for a full deposit refund. After that, completed stages are billed at the quoted rate and the remainder returned.
